Engage & Delight
At the end of 2020, I pitched an idea to Revant intended to make customers feel good. The first holiday in the pandemic was a rough time. Customers perceived the site as unfriendly and were nervous about making a purchase.
My goal was to sprinkle feel-good messages (like easter eggs) into the site experience. Messages included things like "they'll look awesome on you" by items in the cart summary. As the holiday season approached, we added more, including a personal thank you message directly to the customer.

Ultimately, this idea was a little outside the brand. Since then, we've done more to work the feel-good sentiment into creative treatments where appropriate. Additionally, this project started a conversation about treating our customers which is developing into a personalization program.
